About Me |
.
I became interested in gentle and natural ways to heal as a teenager with a mother going through multiple cancer treatments. Nutrition was my first foray into the healing arts, then herbs, but when I was introduced to the Bach Flower remedies in 2003 I knew that this gentle method of healing, focused more on energy and vibrations than physical substances, was for me. They worked so well for me, and still do, that I wanted to share them with others and, recently, added therapies to complement the mental/emotional approach of the Bach flowers with Reflexology, Reiki and Yoga nidra. As my own personal experiences and my clients' cases have attested; each of these therapies is effective on their own and, when integrated, even more powerful. They allow for shifts on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies which lead us towards inner balance and wellbeing. My experiences exploring healing modalities, cultures, and ways of being while living and working in various countries and cultures over the past 25 years has taught me much about healing, oneness, belief and grace. These learnings form the basis of my approach to life, my work and my interactions with others. |
